City Manager speaks on financial status at Rotary
City Manager William Harrell spoke to the Chesapeake Rotary Club at a recent luncheon on the fiscal matters facing the city. Club members filled the room at the Chesapeake Conference Center and found the presentation very informative. Mayor Alan Krasnoff and several city council members were also in attendance. Two new members were received into the Club at the meeting with their spouses attending. Both were sponsored by Robin Tull of Tull Financial Services.
